Refunds Policy

GENERAL REFUNDS
I want you to feel 100% confident buying artwork from me directly but I understand that things can go wrong that are beyond my control once with a 3rd party delivery company.
If you do not like your item when it arrives please email me within 14 days of delivery to say why you are not happy. Items returned must be in a resellable condition 
Please allow 14 working days for processing

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS ON DAMAGED ITEMS 
If your print is delivered damaged notify us within 24 HOURS and we will replace as long as you lodge that the item's packaging is damaged with the courier within their guidelines . If the item is no longer available we will notify you and issue a fefund .
Allow 14 working days to process 


REFUNDS ON ORIGINAL ARTWORK
If yopu live within a resonable distance of the studio , I will personally deliver your artwork wherever possible .
If your original artwork is delivered by a 3rd party company damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You must lodge that the item was damaged on delivery with the courier, as I insure the items for damage with the courier company. Please supply a photo if possible of the damage the contact me so we can discuss wether you require a repair or refund. Allow 30 days for processing
